CTS engineers have formulated plastic compounds to meet the requirements of all major international automobile manufacturers and component suppliers. CTS formulations have been developed in close collaboration with the industry.

 

CTS has created and produces Téfabloc^® thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) that are greatly valued for their feel and appearance as well as for their ease of use. They are suitable for many applications of vehicle interiors and exteriors, as well as for seals.

 

There is an extensive range of formulations using either TPE (Téfabloc^®) or PVC (Marvylex^®) for automotive cables, complying with the 2000/53 CE End of Life Vehicle Directive prohibiting the use of certain heavy metals.
